They didn't deliver the towels. Sheets and blankets smelled of dirt. Bad shower to heat up.

There is no games room and there is no heating in the pool! As a suggestion, you could use the hydraulic part of the sauna to heat the pool!

Shower is broken, doesn't heat up properly. There was a lack of towels, they didn't deliver them. Bathroom with broken and dirty floors. Blankets and sheets smelled of dirt.

Impeccable service from start to finish! Extremely attentive, helpful and quick response to queries. They convey a lot of security, transparency and professionalism at each stage of the process. It exceeded all my expectations, I loved the experience! And I will be back!!!
